Charge 3 screen is too dim

Over the past month my screen has got dimmer from the outside in. Its now completely black but I know its still working because it vibrates and interacts with the App. I've tried all the resets at least 10 times, changed the clock face, is this a damaged screen? The watch was purchased in November 2018. Do they Only last that long?

Fitbit support contacted immediately via twitter. They are looking into the problem. It's not a simple reset. Sent from my Galaxy
