I want to turn off my Charge 3 and restart, so I can clear everything a start new.

Welcome to the Community, @Tyler2018. If you want to reboot your tracker, you need to swipe to settings, tap in about and there tap in reboot device.

Rebooting is not working. Tried multiple times. Still have the lines down the center with a grey background. Device is not syncing with my phone either.
