I have tried everything I have read in previous posts on here and my Fitbit screen is so dim that you just can’t see it at all outside at all and barely visible indoors I’m really disappointed as I have tried everything does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screen is too dim and thank you for letting us know about the steps you have followed.
Please confirm that you have tried restarting your tracker and the long restart. Also try changing your device's clock face.
This doesn’t work. It’s all black. I charged it last night. Everything was fine yesterday. Nothing illuminates when plugged in now.
I've done it all, short boot, long boot, dial changed. Nothing helps. I still can't see anything on my screen.
I think the problem is with Fitbit because I'm not the only one with this problem. Solve it Fitbit!!!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ceretti. Thank you for letting us know that you have changed your Charge 3 clock face.
I understand how frustrating this could be and could you please confirm that you have tried the restart and the long restart?
Best AnswerHi AndreaFitBit, I've tried all of these options and it's still very dim. I can't see my screen when I'm outdoors. I asked a friend who had a different Fitbit, and their screen is way brighter than my Charge 3. What can I do?

Best AnswerI too have the same problem and even did the turn off then on, to no avail. I sure wish there was a solution out there as all other functions operate normally. You just can’t look at the watch face to do anything.

Best AnswerOn the Charge 3, swipe to the left until you see the "Settings". Tap on "Settings" and "Brightness Settings", should be your first option. Tap on "Brightness" to cycle through the options. You only have three options for brightness: Dim, Auto, and Normal.
Regards,
Will
Best AnswerWhat is it that everyone does NOT seem to understand. The screen is BLACK. There is NOTHING visible. There is NOTHING to see. How can you tap, swipe, or do anything intelligible when you cannot see what you are doing, or know which options you are selecting or working with. Close your eyes and try to work your Fitbit; same thing. You cannot see ANYTHING. Do you get it now!!
