My replacement charge 3 which is just over a year old has vertical lines, the same issue as my previous Charge 3. Also this time the screen does not wake up when I move my arm or tap the screen. I have changed the clock face several times, done several resets and long resets, disconnected blue tooth etc. Very frustrating this has happened again 😔

My screen has started disappearing. Instead of a solid easy to read screen I have vertical lines throughout. I have fully charged and done reset several times-even a long reset while connected with charger, also I have changed clock faces-nothing have not helped to solve the issue. The charge 3 is purchased on 30th November 2018, is the warranty time over?
Best AnswerMy screen went gray with the vertical lines today. Purchased May of 2019. After conversation with customer service and going through all of the reset procedures that I found on the forum I got an email offering a discount on the retail purchase of another fitbit. I feel very let down.
