This Fitbit Charge 3 that I have is not responding. I was wearing it and I went to look at the time, and the screen was just black. The screen is completely black, but I know it's on because there is a flashing green light at the bottom and when I plug it in to charge it vibrates. Everything is on, but the screen is completely black. I've tried pressing and holding the button on the side while it's plugged in, but that doesn't work either. Any advice as to what I should do?

Tried the methods you told about charge 3 black screen but still no results it vibrated when I press the button while plugged in (vibration is continuous but no response on screen .kindly help !!
Everything is functional but screen blank
Tried all troubleshooting like restarting, used to work but now doesn't work.
right it only vibrate when charging but nothing on screen otherwise

It started to buzz and blink in the middle of the night and so I took it off, plugged it in and voila, black screen this morning. I used the above fix-it advice and followed the steps and my Charge 3's screen came on again but now it is blinking back and forth from Time to Sleep screen. I cannot get it to change screens or stop. It is fully charged.
What now?
