I have tried that numerous times and it still is not working. My screen is not responding. But my Fitbit still working

I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. Because they have access to your details, my best advice is to keep an open communication with them.

For the Screen Wake problem, make a long press of the left button to reach the Screen Wake settings and select Auto. Then, for the other problems, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
