I have tried that numerous times and it still is not working. My screen is not responding. But my Fitbit still working

I've moved your post to this new thread to keep the forums organized. Thanks for letting us know about your Charge 3, and your efforts while troubleshooting it prior to posting. I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. Because they have access to your details, my best advice is to keep an open communication with them.
Best AnswerFor the Screen Wake problem, make a long press of the left button to reach the Screen Wake settings and select Auto. Then, for the other problems, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
