Charge 3 screen not working

Charge 3 fails to power on.

 

Watch vibrates when connected to charger and when button held down. However I have tried 8 and 15 second resets. Nothing displayed on screen. Watch has been left plugged into charger for prolonged period of time.

 

Purchased in February this year, does it have a warranty? Any advice gratefully received. Thanks
