Charge 3 screen not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi there,

When I woke up this morning my charge 3 screen was frozen and then went completely blank. I have searched all over the forums etc for various fixes, none of which work. I have tried the reset options and also changing the clock face on the app, none of which have made any difference. The step counter seems to be working as the steps went up once I'd walked around a bit but the screen has been unresponsive all day. It has plenty of charge. I seem unable to email directly so would appreciate someone from fitbit getting in contact with me to advise me how to rectify this problem, thank you

Hey,

The exact same thing happened to my device and I've been unable to bring it back. Wondering if Fitbit will be able to replace it? (had it only for a few months in Australia).
