Help please?
Charge 3 screen has stopped working. Have tried to restart using charger and holding down button as per guidance elsewhere on here. Also tried changing the clock face which is suggested too on here.
No joy!
Still communicating with app on phone though as registers number of steps.
Any advice please?

I am having the same problem. This is crazy. I’m not spending another dime on another Fitbit. My screen is black and it lights up a little then goes black again. Can’t see time nothing. I tried everything on here as well.

The same thing is happening to me . I updated my fit bit and changed the screen. It still is not working . Can anyone help?
