Charge 3 screen stopped working

The screen has just completely stopped working and I’ve tried everything people have suggested but nothing is working.

The button on the side has also stopped vibrating when I press it even when it’s being charged. I hadn’t had the fit bit for that long so I’m not sure why it has just suddenly died.

My tracker has suddenly broken down after a few months but Fitbit has said my warranty is invalid because I didn’t buy it directly from them. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it?

Hi @delphiconnolly  where you bought it does make a difference. If you don't buy from an authorized retailer, you don't have a warranty. That's why people shouldn't buy from eBay or unknown third party places. Support told you what was based on their policies, which can be found at the bottom of this page.
