my charge 3 screen is so dim I can't even read it. I have done a hard reset and no luck. I'm very frustrated 😞 I have been a fitbit user for years but am quite disappointed with this. What else can I do?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen being dim and thank you for restarting your tracker. Have you checked the brightness settings on your device? Go to settings by swiping up on your tracker to see the settings option and then tap on brightness.

I spoke with fitbit support unfortunately the reset didn't help. My screen is gone. I was offered a discount towards a replacement.

As I did this, I lost the screen altogether so then I did the reset and still nothing. Any other suggestions?

I would contact fitbit support. They may replace or give a discount towards another
