Charge 3 showing incorrect time

Loaded punctual clock face. It is out by 3 seconds vs gmt pips and computer timings. How can this be?

3rd Fitbit replacement

It's great to see you around, @Procter101.

 

If your Fitbit isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing the timezone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.

 

To change the time, follow the steps in the article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that the device you are using for this has the correct time.

Thanks for this. This would not correct the 3 seconds discrepancy as such. Clock is checked vs BBC GMT pips also time and date. Com website. Your original setting needs to be calibrated. I assume watch time is generated by yourselves
