Hi. Initially my Fitbit Charge 3 started out with a white line across the screen and I was able to reset it. Now I am getting the Fitbit logo and 001. I have reset it per instructions provided by the Fitbit community forum resulting in the smiley face then followed by the Fitbit logo and 001.
