Charge 3 showing "Sleep not Tracked" on the display

Anyone have any ideas how to get the sleep to display on my charge 3? It just says, "sleep not tracked".  It worked for a short while when I first got the device.  Hasn't for quite some time now. It doesn't appear to be a syncing issue. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hello ... is there an update on this?  I am experiencing the same problem - my detailed sleep information is displaying fine in the Fitbit app on my smartphone yet nothing is showing on the device itself.  Same with when I log water ... OK on the app but not on the device.  While I'm not a software developer I have some background in that field and I would think this should be a relatively simply bug fix.  I am paying for Fitbit premium and like the added features in the app -- just wished my Charge 3 would actually display the information it is supposed to.  I cannot get a higher-end device as I'm not allowed to wear them in my workplace.  Thanks very much!

New FitBit user - Charge 3 appears buggy as. Every problem i have is in this forum (such as this one) has clearly been reported months ago. Your engineering teams need a shake up!

Totally agree. Got an email that they're aware of the problem, well, like
you said, 3 months later and ....
