Charge 3 shows incorrect time

charge 3 has suddenly advanced an hour. I have tried resetting it and will not reset

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Time on your tracker should be corrected when you sync it. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you experience any difficulties with pairing your device, try our troubleshooting instructions at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

 

If the tracker is still showing the wrong time after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here

Thanks for the info.. I was so angry and frustrated I deleted all my data
and threw the piece of junk into a drawer.
