Hi. I am looking to buy a Charge 3 on the John Lewis website, but it doesn't seem to offer a choice of sizes? Any suggestions? I read that they come in small and large, and I don't want to end up with the wrong size.

It comes with small and large straps included, as do most or all Fitbits now.  Actually it is just one end of the strap comes in 2 interchangeable sizes, both included in the box.

I am not familiar with John Lewis website, and don't know of it being an authorized Fitbit retailer.  Maybe you have dealt with them and trust their return policy, but it is something to consider.

Thank you so much. I understand now.
I bought my Charge 2 from John Lewis and they are absolutely fine, authorised, and £20 cheaper then Fitbit.
