After purchasing the premium features my sleep log is not accurate at all my sleep settings keep changing or it will show a set time on one screen but on another it shows a set time

I have the charge 3!and up until about a week ago, it worked fine. It started vibrating all the time and, with the help of the forum, I was able to fix that. But now it won’t track my sleep at all. It has nothing to do with how I’m wearing it. I have tried everything that has been suggested on the forum (reboot, reload app, switched arms...and it still won’t work.
