My new Charge 3 is adding on 1000’s of steps i haven’t done. Is there anyway I can sort this out?

Since fitbit is on your wrist, every time you move that arm, your getting "steps".  Equally annoying, when you are walking, like in grocery store, but not moving your wrist you get no steps.

Charge 3 is really inaccurate, I connected GPS to it. Before my run checked google it showed 10KM. Also I tracked the training with my Mobile (Galaxy S9+). Fitbit displayed 7.5 KM but in reality it was 10KM.

In addition if i run the same track fitbit measure different distance for the same exercise:).

 

I am really disappointed about the Product!
