Hi, I got my charge 3 in May 2020. Around 2 weeks ago, after having no problems with it until then, my screen kept going blank and then coming up with either a single line or the smiley face. After rebooting several times to no avail, it started working again - for a day. The next morning the screen was completely blank, however it was still tracking everything when I synced to my app, again this only lasted for a day. It is now completely useless. Even when connected to the charger the screen is blank, and when I sync to the app it is saying that the charge 3 has no battery life, despite being in the charger for hours.
I would like to know how to go about replacing this product as it is still under warranty. Thank you.
