Charge 3 stuck in exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had a Fitbit charge 3 since last year and had no problems i woke up to check the time as my alarm had not gone of. It had a screen saying '150x goal' and '132x goal', i noticed it to happen when your on excercise but i didn't do it the day before. It keeps buzzing and won't let me out of excercise. I've tried long pressing the home button but only sometimes it comes up with the usual 'do not disturb, sleep mode and screen wake' this is getting quite frustrating as I can't track anything and i don't know the time.

Thanks.

@legallyghost It's great to see you in the Community!

Let me help you with this. Please restart your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi @AlvaroFitbit

I have tried this method several times now but nothing has happened. It has gone to a complete blank screen and only often can the time, even then only being able to see the bottom half of my fitbit screen. I really do not know what to do. when i rebooted my system for around the second time it worked for a while and then ended with this situation.

Thanks
