Charge 3 sync and time loss issues

Hi,

Again I am having issues with the same things over and over with my fitbit.

This fitbit has been replaced more than 2 times i think. And im getting the same issues.

Its the charge 3 rose gold LE.

It stops syncing unless on charge (as of 14/1/2020 its not syncing even on charge) it's thursday now and hasn't synced since Monday and is currently 2 hours behind the right time  and usually when and if it does sync on charge as soon as its off charge it starts loosing time and wont sync.

I've been through all the troubleshooting again and still the same.

Can someone from fitbit please contact me in regards to this as I am pretty over it.. again.

Again this replacement is doing the same thing.

Will only sync on charge. Loosing time. It's currently 4:02 and watch says 3:54

Again I've done all resets etc for it..

Im loosing my mind with fitbit honestly.
