On Friday I tried contacting support because my fitbit was having issues syncing. During the chat session it did sync once randomly despite each of the trouble shooting tips not working and then that chat failed. I was out of town for the weekend and did not have my charger to try a hard reset
Over the weekend it would sync on and off. Sunday the screen was completely black yet still sending data here and there, but I was out of town for the weekend and did not have my charger to try a hard reset. Now that it is plugged in it isn't showing a charging screen. Nothing happens if I try to hold down a button on the side. The watch screen is just black and not vibrating and still having issues connecting.
