Hello. After last app update I'm facing a problem. Every morning app can't connect to my charge 3, charge 3 time on display is like 30 minutes less than it should be. It connects only after charging or rebooting. One time I even needed to remove device from app and connect again.

The time could be wrong due to the syncing issue. I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it syncs properly and shows the correct time.
