Hello, I am having problems syncing and completing updates for my Charge 3. I have unpaired and repaired it from my phone via bluetooth. I have rebooted the tracker, uninstalled, and installed the app on my phone (android), but it still does not sync. The app detects the phone, I get the numbers but when I enter them, starts pairing and it will stay connecting... that way for a long time. A message says: Sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual. Please be patient. We're on it! But after a while, the screen shows saying to try it again. After continuing to try for a day or so, I finally got it paired. Now I can't sync or complete updates for my tracker. A couple of times I received this message: Check Charge 3 for progress. It does that for a few minutes. When I check my tracker, a big X appears on the screen. A couple of seconds later I get the Updated failed message.
My app and tracker were both working fine and then out of no where this starts. I just want someone to lead me the right direction with getting this resolved.
