My Charge 3 keeps turning off randomly. It started a few days ago and I thought it may have run out of charge but when I plugged it in it said it was still on 80%. Since then it has been getting steadily worse. In the past half hour alone it has had to be restarted by plugging it in and holding the side button down over 5 times. Please help as I've only had it 3 weeks. Never had issue with my Charge 2 😞

Thank you for the responses. After contacting Customer Support they have agreed to send me a new one as it is "clearly defective" in their words. Amazing quick resolution, and so far, pain free!
