Hello there! Is anyone able to assist with syncing new device to old account-on a mac? Charge 3 does not seem to be an option... and I have the old one on my computer.. wondering if anyone else has this problem?

If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
