I bought my mum a charge 3 in March. It has recently vibrated continously until the battery died now it does nothing. I have tried the many reset directions on groups but nothing. I plug it in it does a smiley face shows the screen then dies.
I dobt understand how to get in touch with customer services other than ringing which is difficult with a toddler.

hi @Clarec89 the charge 3 may be broken or a little chip inside has been moved from its place so maybe it is crashed or broken

Let me help you with your mother's Charge 3 not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email. I believe this way it will be easier for you to contact support and take case of your toddler (hope your toddler and you are doing fine).
@Akas thank you for your input but I would refrain from making these assertions without a better look at the device. Still I appreciate your efforts.
