Charge 3 unresponsive

Purchase my charge 3 January of last year and it just stopped working.  I've tried various solutions nothing seems to be working. I find it very unfair. What can I do??

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. What is your tracker doing? Could you add more information about this issue? Is it simply not turning on? I also want to verify that you have restarted your tracker?

Hi.
The issue is my charger is doing any thing!
I've tried all the tips that FITBIT offers and nothing is working.
I've charged it and it works for 5 to 15 minutes and then it just dies.
Now it's just dead! It won't even turn on. The only way it does come on is
if I put it to charge. Even then it does not give me the proper time and
there are lines running through the numbers. Having it work that way is of
no help to me. I need it on my wrist not plugged into the wall! I must say
imagine m very disappointed and wi tell friends a d families who are
thinking about purchasing this product to nor do because they will not get
their money's worth!

A very pissed off customer.
