Over the past month my charge 3 has been acting up, it has been vibrating without me touching it, swiping without me swiping it and when I try to swipe it vibrate it- it doesn’t function.
I’ve tried everything such as depleting the battery and long reboots. It currently is stuck on a smily face screen and I don’t know what to do know.

Hi @MarinMov, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the random vibrations issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the long restarts were performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi, I managed to “fix it”, the vibrations have stopped but the charge 3 only holds charge for about 6-8 hours after a whole night of charging on the lowest setting- dim etc.
The long reboots I did were through the charging lead and with a smily face.
However my Fitbit is still broken if it can’t hold a charge for a full day
