I upgraded to the Charge 3 when my previous fitbit screen spontaneously cracked. This thing is garbage. It will not hold a charge. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips and even purchased a new charger thinking maybe my original charger was defective. It still won't hold a charge. I've only had it a little over a year. Completely unacceptable.
