My Charge 3 stopped holding a charge a few days ago. I used to be able to go several days, even a week, before needing a charge. Now I can't even go 1 day. It was plugged in overnight so when I wore it yesterday I assumed it would last 5ish days. By the time I got home it was telling me it was at 6% battery and I needed to plug it in. To test it, I plugged it in and when it hit 100% I took it off the charger and set it on my dresser overnight. I woke up this morning to it at 58%. Do the chargers go bad (my charge 2 never had this issue)?

I just started having issues with my charge 3 just over 2 years old. Heart rate issues and now not holding a charge
.I have been loyal to you since day 1
The charge 3 was my 3rd
After reading all the comments I am not sure I want another one if all the new ones are having battery issues
The only reason my charge 2 was replaced was I cracked the face at work after 2 1/2 years, my original Fitbit my daughter went in to use for several years after I upgraded
Please advise if you are resolving issues

I too am having issues with the Charge 3 that is around 18 mos old. I cant even keep a charge now for an entire day to count my steps. I have synced this to my healthcare benefits and now wish that i didn't. . I read all of the actions to try to keep the charge but it still will not keep a charge. What should be the life expectancy of the battery. It is very disappointing to have to buy new trackers every 6 mos to 2 years. My first was the HR charge and the watch fell apart after 6 mos. it was replaced due to warranty but I was told it would not be replaced the second time which it did fall apart exactly 6 mos. Not for sure what to do. Being retired it is more difficult to purchase. items like this on a frequent basis. I plan to check and see what other products might last longer.
