I have tried all the tricks of turning off, turning back on Bluetooth on iPhone, putting Charge 3 in the charger and holding the side button until the 🙂 appears, holding my mouth sideways, etc. Nothing is working. It seems to have started after the latest software update on my iPhone. Is anyone else having problems?

Best AnswerHad the same problem after the iOS update. Called customer service. Very rude rep. Said since my warranty was up there was nothing they could do. Told him it wasn't my fault. tryed to sell me a new one. Told him that will have the same problem. Told me that all he could do. Hate when a company doesnt stand behind its products. Doubt i will buy another Fitbit product if this is the support they give.
Best AnswerGo on Bluetooth and press forget this app for your Fitbit this worked for me and I had tried everything ?
Best AnswerI didn’t do that. Go on Bluetooth and it’s click on the Fitbit then it should say forget this app click on that . Then mine worked
Best AnswerI had the same problem and ended up removing my Charge 3 completely off my iPhone and reinstalling it as if it was new. It will sync now.
I had done all the previous suggestions to no avail. This started the previous day so I lost any information on my sleep pattern plus it did not give me the 12/12 hours from yesterday.
It has not fixed my problem of not indicating x of 250 steps per hour on my device. It is stuck on 1/12 hours with no buzzing alert to move.

Best AnswerI removed my fitbit from my bluetooth and did the "forget this device" on my phone. I then added it back, that worked for 6.5 hours and then it would no longer sync. I have had to do the process again! This can't be the only fix, it is not sustainable and you loose information between the time it stops syncing to the start up again.
Best AnswerTotally agree. I have followed the process of shutting down Bluetooth and removing Charge 3 devise. Have to do it numerous times. Of this is Fitbit’s idea of a fix- they are nuts!
Best AnswerHello, my Charge 3 also seems to have stopped synching with my iphone 11 after downloading the newest iphone update. 7 p
I have an old iphone 7 plus that was able to synch the Charge 3 but then the Charge 3 seemed to unsync when I tried to synch the Charge 3 on my iphone 11 again.
I downloaded the new iphone update into the iphone 7 plus and now both phones seem to hang on setup process. The phones say they can find the Charge 3 but can't go to the next step of getting the 4 digit code off the Charge 3 to type into the Fitbit app to complete the synch process.
