Charge 3 won’t pair or sync with iOS devices

I have tried all the tricks of turning off, turning back on Bluetooth on iPhone, putting Charge 3 in the charger and holding the side button until the 🙂 appears, holding my mouth sideways, etc. Nothing is working. It seems to have started after the latest software update on my iPhone. Is anyone else having problems?

My Fitbit is working fine it’s the app on my IPAD that can’t find the device. My watch syncs on my Android and also on the website but ever since my IPAD updated to 13.4.1 version the Bluetooth doesn’t recognize my Fitbit. I think it’s a glitch in the Fitbit IOS platform that they need to address but no one is available unless you want to sit on the phone for half an hour. I sent them several massages and I’m still waiting. Luckily it still works on my other devices.

No I didn’t lose any data.

Since my post had an online chat with Fitbit support who helped me achieve sync again. However fairly soon after, there seem to be issues again between my iPhone and iPad not being able to be connected at the same time.

I was afraid to click on forget this device for fear I would lose all my stats. Did you lose any of your previously stored data? I have tried just about everything and support is not on the job helping fix this issue.

I did not lose anything. If you read the mentors original post she
basically said to remove device from Bluetooth, but fell short of “forget
this device”. It truly does work perfectly

Not sure if I’ve lost my stats or not as I can’t see them since I did it. ☹️

Same here. I’ve rebooted, reinstalled, turned on and off, etc, and still it says “device not found” 😤

This may come to you too late, but i ended up spending 40 minutes on the phone with the help line and now it works. Only lost one day of heart rate data and one workout.

My "Forget this Device" has disappeared. I've tried everything and am now waiting for a live chat.

I deleted the App from my iPhone and reinstalled even used a different email address to reset my Fitbit. Still having problem connecting with my iPhone. I think Apple is responsible for this. It is somehow blocking the signal.

Try deleting it from Bluetooth on you phone. Then open app to Find it again.

This problem started when I updated my software.  I spent at least 90 minutes this morning on Google, Fitbit and Apple doing everything I could to sync my iPad and iPhone. There was a suggestion on the forum to hit the "Forget This Device", so I did this on my iPad and it tried to sync with no success, so I requested a live chat.  I was #41 in line but it only took about 10 minutes to connect.  I used my iPad and followed the person's instructions.  My phone still says it isn't connected on Bluetooth, but when I go on the app everything is fine.  Hope this helps.
