Charge 3 won't stop vibrating when charging

My Charge 3 has been off for a while now. When I plugged it in to charge, it won't stop vibrating. The screen is off and the button doesn't respond. When I take it off charge, the vibrating stops. I can't 15 sec reset either. Assistance please?
