My charge 3 has stop syncing & the clock is losing time, only thing it is doing is counting steps.

Hi @hayl110, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not syncing and it won't show the correct time.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, sync your tracker manually and see if the time gets corrected.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

de-link and re-link - sync it (if you can) and click on the trash can to de-link it from phone. Then add device to add it back.

If not, is your BT going to sleep?

If it's not showing in your BT list... are other BT things working w/o prob? (are you on Pie?)(what phone?)

I am also having this issue. So frustrating. Every since the last update, I have been unable to sync my Charge 3 and the time is 1 hour, 10 minutes behind. There has to be another solution beyond resetting both the phone and the Charge 3. I have deleted the app too.

I had a tracker recently that I thought had burnt out its BT but then it connected to a different phone/ROM. My assumption was that BT and fitbit on my phone were, for some reason, going to sleep, so I changed a couple things in settings which fixed the problem and it syncs on steroids. But in present situation, if

1) de-link, and then

2) factory reset as described above, and

3) re-link

changes nothing, then I am out of ideas. 😞
