Charge 3 won't sync or connect

It hasn't updated since Oct. 15 even though I've tried.

Hi 

I see the problem you are having

 

maybe delete the app and delete the device from the app and then connect and then go to trackers snd update

I did this, but I’m getting new codes to set up my tracker and it’s not working.
