Best AnswerI'm having exactly the same problem. After giving the 4-digit code, it's stuck on search the device forever!
Best AnswerSame. Tried at least 50 times to pair the device to my phone and again. Maybe in two cases I was actually given a chance to enter the pairing code and then it just timed out...
The Charge 3 is by far the worst Fitbit device ever. I don't understand that they're even still selling it when so many customers have so many problems with this device.
I have tried every "solution" in this forum regarding the fact that my device no longer syncs with my phone. I've only had my Charge3 about a month. I am so frustrated I'm getting to the point that I want a refund.
Best AnswerI even spoke to the live help and they couldn't help, they escalated it to a higher up but I never heard from anyone.
Best AnswerMy Charge 3 has been replaced. It was still under warranty. Took 3 chat sessions to accomplish.
I'm waiting to see (new one arrived yesterday) how well this one syncs.
(There's always Garmin (I don't do Apples))).
Best AnswerThe solution doesn't work. I updated. I unpaired it. I picked connect new device. It got to the point of accepting the code, then said it couldn't find it. It hasn't updated since the end of January.

That makes 2 of us!
Exactly the same problem!
Charge 3 has been annoying to me ever since I bought it.
1. Not syncing, after some random days
unpairing and pairing helped earlier. But now....
2. Not pairing. And it hasn't paired since last few days.
What am I suppose to do with it?
Would Fitbit give me refund for this unusable product?

Best Answersame here got it for Christmas and worked for 2 months, lucky me!! now I would like to find out if refund is possible….
Best AnswerSo I bit the bullet and went into my settings on my fitbit and cleared all the data (which erases everything on the fitbit) and after that, I was able to get it to connect. Not the most ideal way of doing it, but at least now it syncs and pairs
I didn't clear all my data but I did unpair and re-pair it. That initially didn't work so I gave up. Then a couple days after that, it started syncing again. Like magic mine is working again.

Best AnswerI had to go to my settings on my fitbit tracker - click on "about" and then chose "clear user data" it unfortunately erases everything and brings it back to factory settings. then I opened the app and it easily paired up.
I would definitely try all the other troubleshooting techniques before trying this method, unless you dont mind losing all your settings.
Best AnswerWhat do you mean? What did you do inside the app
Best AnswerI didnt do anything with the app, I restarted my phone so it clears the cache and set up the tracker like when I first received it
