I got a Charge 3 for Christmas. Set it up, connected to my Moto x4 phone. No problems. Except every single day it says it didn't sync and I check and it's no longer connected to my phone. Using information I found on this site I turn off Bluetooth, the app and my phone.
I place my watch in the charger, hold the button until I get the smiley face. Leaving my watch in the charger, I restart my phone, open the app, turn Bluetooth back on, open the account and select sync now. Every Day! For over 2 weeks!
I have all day sync and always connected turned on. I just can't continue to do this every day. Is there a solution?
