Charge 3 won't sync

My Fitbit has stopped syncing. I have followed the steps and reset and reconnected it everyday now for over a week. Sometimes it won’t even find my device and I have to try up to 9 times! I recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 and I have had trouble ever since.

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

I have followed the step by step and I have reconnected the device but it still isn’t syncing

I have now put the new update on to my phone. My Fitbit will not even connect now, never mind update! It has started to lose time and it now 7 mins slow. Don’t know what to do with it
