I'm so disappointed... I've had my Charge 3 for less than a year... last week wouldn't sync or connect to Bluetooth... I've tried everything except for calling customer service... what has worked for everyone else for this problem?

I have given up, thrown the Charge 3 into a drawer and gone back to my Charge 2. I wasted a lot of money on that piece of junk.
Best AnswerI have same problem. The sync happens rarely provided I take it off and put on charge for whole night. Is there a problem with charge 3 that the Bluetooth connectivity is week and does not work when active. I have it for 4 months now it was fine all these days this problem started last week.
I’m about ready to throw my charge 3 in the garbage can and find another product by another company entirely. The lack of tech and actual customer support after this many years in the market is just unacceptable. People will stop buying out.
That is what I am going to do. The company put Charger 3 on the market when it should not have because it has a serious design flaw when it comes to the bluetooth connectivity. Same story with the Aria scale which worked for a short while until all companies upgraded their technology. Customer was made to eat that, and nothing was done for all of those who had bought the scale which was completely not functional any more for the purpose it was bought for, which is to automatically update the weight into the app. Not possible to sync at all.
ERGO: This company is not really in the business keeping their customers, unless they think they can play them every single time. But this is it for me. All of their stuff is in the bin and I will never buy anything from this company again. PERIOD! I think I will go with Garmin next time. Some of my friends have been using their products for years and are very happy.
