Yesterday my Charge 3 suddenly stopped connecting with my iPhone 11. It does connect with a Samsung S9 but won’t do anything with my iPhone. I followed all the steps on the help articles but nothing seems to work (I did a factory reset on my iPhone as well) so I honestly don’t know what to do with this? I now have a Fitbit that won’t connect with my iPhone and is in factory reset, so I can’t use it because it has not the right settings and time. What can I do?
