Charge 3 won't sync

I have done everything. Checked all my updates. Rebooted. Done everything I have read but still it's not syncing. I have an Huawei P20. Please help its so frustrating.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. Please check the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

Hi Adele,

I have exactly the same problem and also have a Huawei.  I have spent hours trying to sort it out and have followed all the help instructions but nothing is working! It's driving me mad!

I am having the same problem.  Mine has not synced since Sunday.  I have spent hours trying to fix it and followed all the help instructions, but still nothing! It's really frustrating.  I have only had it about a month and it has happened a few times before, but uninstalling the app, restarting phone etc has usually sorted it, but this time nothing is working! What do I do now?

Hi Louise 

 

There is clearly a massive problem which Fitbit are but interested in helping us with. 

 

This issue is affecting so many people and users.
