Its been a while since I have synced because I had lost my charge when I moved. I just found it but the darn thing won't sync. and there is no official fitbit support option. Any suggestions?

try restarting it and if it didn't work, then try unpairing it and do the setup all over again.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @mac56. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 battery isn't syncing.
Please confirm you have followed these steps to charge your device:
- Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
- Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.

Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.
Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
- Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If your Charge 3 is charging follow the steps of: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
