Charge 3 won't turn on

My Charge 3 died today. I have tried recharging but no response. Have had for 3 weeks. Frustrated, as I have had great success with the Charge 2 I have had in the past.

Have you tried a restart?

Exact same thing happened to me today.  I am chatting with an associate now.

Welcome to the Community @Ron.hughes@NRAY it's great to see you here and @JohnnyRow thanks for the input.

If your tracker aren't turning on, as recommended restart them by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes. Man Happy

That did not work. I returned it to Best Buy. They exchanged it for another unit.

Thanks for the information @Ron.hughes. I am glad to hear that you received a new unit. At the moment of setting it up, you can follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? and if there is anything else we can do for you, do not hesitate to post it.

Keep the stepping up! Smiley Wink
