I contacted Fitbit a few months ago and was told there was nothing they could do about the broken post even though it was from normal usage. I now see that since so many people have had the same problem they are doing something about so I contacted them back. They gave me a 35% off coupon code which when used against the Fitbit Sense gets me a whopping $4 off because it is currently on sale. This is the 2nd watch I've had issues with shortly after the warranty is up. I've also issues with other Fitbit products. I get coupons usually don't apply to sale prices but under these circumstances I'm not being compensated for my aggravation. So I guess I'll be spending my money on another brand.
