I have a charge 4 and it’s stopped syncing with an iPhone SE2020. I have deleted the app and downloaded again, but it’s still saying I need to update the app. I have done this 4 times but it’s still not working. I have restarted my phone as well.

Hi there @Kazzer66. Welcome to Community Forums.
Thank you for the feedback and troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.
Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.

Thank you. I did need to download a phone update then I deleted the app and downloaded that again and eventually got everything working again.
