I've had two issues since purchasing the band yesterday. The first is that SpO2 did not track at all last night with no error or explanation. The second issue is the android main goal widget will not update from steps to activity zone minutes. I have changed the main goal in the app settings and restarted the band but the widget still shows steps.

If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.
To receive EOV data, note the following:
About the widget, which is the primary goal you have on your tracker?.

the fitbit is snug and secure and tracks a full 8 hours but no spo2, I can't even see the field anymore. My primary goal shows as steps on the widget but I would like it to be calories burned/activity minutes.

I am having the same issue - while I have changed my primary goal to active zone minutes, the widget continues to display steps. Restarting Charge 5, phone, reinstalling widget, etc. doesn't help.

They never ended up helping me so I returned the watch and upgraded to an iPhone and Apple Watch instead
