I received a Fitbit charge 4 as a gift January 1, 2022. It was purchased from Walmart November 26, 2021. They can’t do a even exchange because too much time has passed.They agreed the Fitbit was defective. ( attachment pieces have fallen out where wrist band attaches)They suggested I contact Fitbit help/ support/ warranty for a replacement. It is still under Fitbit warranty. I have contacted Fitbit 3 times & they instructed me to take a picture & send it in an email. I received a message back they no longer do email returns /warranty . Who can I contact to get a replacement? I had a Fitbit charge 2 that lasted 6 years! Please advise me on how to get a replacement from Fitbit for my Fitbit charge 4
