It's good to see you participating in the community for the first time @Sumathi1962.
Thank you for providing the details regarding your Charge 4.
Seems like your device is not charged. Before considering other options, I'd suggest you follow the instructions listed in this article.
Once your device is charged, try to set it up following the steps listed here.

My 17 month old Charge 4 has apparently failed. It has the same symptoms as the post above (vibrates for about 5 seconds when button pressed) but tracker does not restart. The unit is fully charged as the “smiley face” does sometimes appear. I have placed it on charge overnight and all indications are that the tracker is fully charged. I suspect a hardware failure.
This is my third Charge Tracker (1 Charge 3 and two Charge 4s) so I am very disappointed with the Fitbit product. I guess you get what you pay for and in future will move to a quality product such as Garmin or Apple.

I have had the same issue. Was working, then wasn’t. I followed the instructions provided by trouble shooting team and now I can’t reconnect my device via Bluetooth and the screen is still black. The Charge 4 was still tracking on my app, but the screen was black. Then I was told to remove it and reinstall. That made things worse and now Fitbit has told me that I’m out of luck and will need to replace my tracker. They provided a discount code, but when I went to the link to look at products, it only offers new products which provide way more than I need and seem to only be Google supported. I just wanted a simple tracker that is supported by my devices and apps.
Through all of this I have realized that the Google/Fitbit merger has rendered me obsolete. They don’t seem to want my business - upgrading my tracker at least four times since they started their company, seems to mean nothing to them. Compare to world events this is a nothing issue and doesn’t matter to anyone but me. Using my Fitbit was just something I enjoyed …I’ll just have to focus on something else. If they can move on, I suppose I can too.
Good luck everyone.
